April 24, 2026 — “Aaron, you made a quiet film,” Josh Seftel said, and then paused briefly before continuing, “…about guns.” He let it hang. These were his opening remarks in front of a packed house at Cinema Village on the night of our New York Premiere. “That’s hard to do,” he said. Josh knows, because he too made a quiet film about guns. It’s called “All The Empty Rooms”, for which he won the Oscar this year for short documentary.
